Daylight Savings Time

 On Sunclay our clocks will  be set an hour ahead of Daylight Saving time.  This means we will be loosing an hour of sleep.   To help me adjust to this change I should go to sleep an hour earlier.  This will help me feel well rested.  I will go to bed at 10 p.m.  The positive part about Daylight Savings is we will have more sunlight in the morning.  Sunlight coming through the window in the morning will make it easier to wake up
